BAIL INFORMATION

When a loved one is in trouble, the first instinct is to want them out of custody and back at home. Most people call a bail bondsman first and an attorney later. However, it is better to call an experienced attorney for assistance. They can ofter get your loved one out of custody and save you the expense of hiring a bondsman.

In many cases, the Detention Release Officer will release an arrestee from jail if he or she has hired qualified counsel. By contacting our office first, we may be able to obtain a release from jail without the expense of a bond. This may result in a savings of thousands of dollars.

In other cases, our office may be able to petition the court for a no-bond release or we may demonstrate to the court why the bail should be lowered - again resulting in the savings of thousands of dollars.

When immediate bail is required, we can guide you through the best bond option - and if necessary, to the best bond companies.

In either situation, it is always best to have your attorney ready and working to protect your rights from the very beginning.
