Bar Fight in which a young man hit another with a glass causing half the face of the victim to be severely damaged.   The injuries was so bad that the District Attorney’s Office had first sought a life sentence as the punishment.

Case Summary:

 

Man charged with beating another man at a wedding with a bottle.   The injuries result in serious trauma.  The client was facing a minimum of 6 years in State Prison.

  

Result:

 

All Felony Charges reduced to Misdemeanors with only a fine and some community service.

Case Summary:

 

Orange County Executive was charged with Assault and Battery on a minor. He was facing public humiliation, firing and jail time.  Givne the political natre of his job the District Attorney sought to make an example of the client. 

 

Result:

 

All charges were dismissed after extensive investigation and work with the DA’s Office.

 

 


 

Charges:   Assulat and Battery on a Police Officer

 

Summary: 

 

Off Duty CHP Officer charged with hitting an On Duty Sheriff during a traffic stop. The client was facing both job loss and jail time. The Sheriff’s Department insisted on jail time and the CHP would not assist in the defense.

 

Result:

 

All Charges Dropped.
