Arson Case. Young man facing 5 years in State Prison. He received only 60 days in a private jail with a misdemeanor.

Kidnapping with Strikes. Man kidnapped two individuals after they had stole from him. He tied them up and held them at gunpoint. He was facing a minimum of 15 years. He received 1 year local time and PROBATION WAS GRANTED.

Attempted Murder. Woman charged with attempted murder and facing life in State Prison. She lit her house on fire with her children inside. Mental Defense was presented. She spent time in a hospital and is now out and received PROBATION.

Robbery. Man accused of robbery and burglary. Identification of the thief was the critical element. After months of investigation the Court determined that he was not the thief. CASE DISMISSED over the DA’s objections.
