Man accused of a Hit and Run on a Off Duty Police Officer. The Officer claimed the man smashed into him and drove away. The man said that they had a conversation and that he did not. After a long trial the jury found him NOT GUILTY in less than five minutes. (Still one of the hardest cases I ever had – tough to beat a cop that is willing to lie under oath)

Man charged Hit and Run. Defense was he was on medications at the time. No Jail Time

Man accused of Hit and Run of motorcycle on the freeway. The DA wanted 120 days. After a trial he received No Jail Time.
