Probation Violations

After not reporting to probation, facing five years in State Prison and living out of the state for twenty years with pending warrants a surrender was negotiated for one night jail and a fine. No Violation and the Case was the Dismissed.

Young man was told he tested positive in a required drug test. He claimed he had used no drugs. After the presentation of evidence the court agrees with the defense. No Probation Violation.
